I can help you harness your inner “Chi”-tah and run efficiently, relaxed, mindful and most importantly, injury-free.
I teach Chi Running as a holistic practice that thrives from healthy living in all aspects of our lives.
My philosophy for running and life is that a healthy diet, active lifestyle and positive thinking produces a sound body and mind.
I also believe that running is an expression and natural part of healthy living and should always be a positive and fulfilling experience.
So, whether you are training for an upcoming race, just want to become more active or are somewhere in between…
